BOOKING DEPOSIT, CONFIRMATION EMAIL, RESCHEDULING

A $55 non refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment date and time $50 goes towards your service. There is a $5 processing fee.

You will receive a confirmation email directly after booking. If you do not, please text me.

A confirmation email that includes the address and further details is sent directly after booking & 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please be sure to enter the correct email and phone number.

 

You & I both have a 12 minute grace period, after 12 minutes your appointment is subject to cancellation and a $15 late fee may apply, depending on how late you are.

Appointments can be rescheduled with the same deposit once & 48 hours prior to service. You may reschedule appointments using your confirmation email (scroll to the bottom of the email and edit the appointment).

If you cancel your appointment the day of or miss the appointment - even due to tardiness you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. If you refuse the fee, I will no longer be able to service you in the future.

No need! All services Include a thorough cleanse, deep conditioning, and preo- paration ot part of your experience.

Do you do kids' hair or install wigs/ frontals?

At this time, our rervices are focused on adult protective styles, headspa treatments, and V-part wig installs only, weve not offer lace or frontal insta: liations.

Can I pick up my products locally?

Yes! Local pickup is available with 24 hour notice. You'll receive a confirmation with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
